Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page and a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly. If your request is submitted outside of business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern), our customer service team will contact you the following business day.
We do not accept returns and will not refund your order after the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the item can be replaced if damaged (see below) but no returned or refunded. You can contact us to cancel your order prior to it being shipped.
If your product has been damaged, please complete the form on our Contact Us page, including a photo of the damage and your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged order ticket. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions for a replacement once the form has been submitted.
The Learfield LEARFIELD Publications Store does not offer exchanges, but feel free to contact our customer service team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page if you are not satisfied with your order.
